PRE-CONSTRUCTION  

We can be the very first step in planning your new space!  Key to this phase is helping clients understand their design aesthetic, personal style and goals while working with them to focus in on the appropriate direction of their project.  We can use different tools throughout this process, whether it may be organizing thoughts through Houzz.com, Pinterest, or the traditional method of flipping through magazines or books.       

INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE  

Early on in a project many very important decisions get made before a client can really start to see it all come together.  These are things that might seem small at the time but really define the interior architecture of the space. These things are the layout of a room, the lighting design, plumbing design and cabinetry and millwork details.  Depending on the project scope, we can team up with an architect or work through all these details with you.  We achieve this through sketches, renderings and computer-generated models.  Basically, whatever tool works the best to help a client understand their project.       

INTERIOR DESIGN 

 We understand that the world of product selection in interiors can be very overwhelming.  We guide clients through the process of selecting finishes, plumbing, lighting, hardware and more.  This keeps us all on target with the overall design intention as well as budgets. Once selections are made, we will create and produce the documentation and drawings that are needed so the contractor will install as we were originally intending.      

DECORATING  

With our great design eye and expertise, we can help client with the world of decorating and finish off their house and truly make it their home.  No project is too big or too small.  We work with clients with something as simple as fabric choice for a sofa all the way to clients with an extremely busy schedule that need whole house assistance.  We frequently visit antique stores and vintage shops on a regular basis to search for creative options and ideas for our clients.  Our services take all the work out of ordering, tracking and installation of furnishings.  This allows the clients to kick back and relax!
